Addicted to Love: Modern Sex in America
Just reading the Sexaminer by Sarah Estrella (a weekly must read for all your sexy news!) and she has a post on ABC Nightline’s series “Addicted to Love: Modern Sex In America“. This episode talks about how women are becoming (more & more) consumers of sexual products, porn and sexuality classes. According to the documentary, women make up 1/2 of the growing sexuality market.
Interesting, that this episode airs only weeks after Violet Blue’s article about women being ok watching porn on CNN via Oprah.com. It is no surprise that women are exploring their sexuality more with the information available now on the internet and learning that not only is sex NOT a dirty word, but a very pleasurable pursuit that they are entitled to take part in.
